Staying with Joachim Müller and family

The Oswalda Hus is located in the Kleinwalsertal valley in Vorarlberg. Not exactly a hotspot for mass tourism, making it a wonderfully relaxing location, boasting lush green meadows and snow-white ski slopes. The hotel features a total of 24 rooms, suites and apartments, and we’re always ready to help you out with a big old smile. It sounds like an advertisement from times gone by, but that’s how it still is at Oswalda Hus.

Honesty

We place particular emphasis on honesty. We don't believe in advertising platitudes and overblown promises.

Simplicity

Because there’s so much good to be found in the surrounding area, we celebrate simplicity in our Oswalda Hus every day. In the kitchen, in the furnishings and in how we interact with our guests.

ALL ORGANIC

We’ve always run our hotel organically. This means that all our products are organically certified.

TRADITION

We love to pass our traditions on to the next generation. We love our homeland and find ourselves wearing traditional costumes often and with pride.

FAMILY

We’ve been running our hotel together for many generations. Despite or perhaps because of that, we have a great work-life balance. Well, our jack-of-all-trades Joachim might get a little stressed from time to time, but he thrives under pressure.

ANIMAL WELFARE

We do eat meat from time to time, but only when it originates from species-appropriate animal husbandry. That's why we run a small farm directly below Oswalda Hus, in which everyone is treated well.
